Product design and CAD
Parametric models in Fusion 360 built for manufacture, not just for renders. Enclosures, brackets, panels, mechanisms, and the drawings a machine shop can quote from.
CAM and prototyping
Toolpaths and fixturing for CNC-machined aluminum, plus FDM and resin printing for fit checks and low-volume parts. One-offs through small production runs.
Electronics and firmware
Custom controllers, sensor boards, PoE and networked devices, LED drive, and the firmware that ties it together with a config page and a status endpoint.
Fixtures, enclosures, and one-off gear
The physical layer around a product or an install: mounting hardware, panels, cases, cable management, speaker cabinets, and rigging. Includes AV and live-production gear, where most of this started.
  1. Brief

    What are you trying to build, where does it live, what does it plug into, when do you need it. A short call or an email thread is enough.

  2. Design

    CAD, schematic, and a bill of materials. You get files you own, in formats you can open, with a fixed quote for the build.

  3. Prototype

    First article machined, printed, or assembled. We test it against the brief, adjust, and repeat until it does the job.

  4. Deliver

    Finished parts or a small run, plus drawings, firmware, and notes so the next person can maintain or reproduce it.

Software development contracts. Twenty years of it is why the firmware and tooling here are solid, but Proxybyte doesn't take standalone software work.
